Clients and Experience

Working with SpyHop

Jeff Nelson established SpyHop Law to enhance the traditional lawyer-client relationship. He wanted to give more to emerging companies, artists, and trailblazers. More of his time, more laser-focused brand and content counsel, and more value to innovative clients who have evolved beyond legal insights billed by the hour.

From startups to market leaders, first-time founders to serial entrepreneurs, new lawyers to GCs, VPs to the C-suite – SpyHop partners closely with clients in need of sophisticated, strategic, and savvy IP counsel.

Industry Experience

SpyHop Law has broad trademark, copyright, and IP experience across numerous industries, including:

Protecting Brands and the IP That Matters Most

Numerous authors, artists, and working musicians, such as The Black Tones, TOMI, Acid Tongue, and Smokey Brights, trust us to protect and license their work.

Music users also rely on our guidance to properly clear rights. SpyHop has negotiated music licenses for commercials and promotional videos, film & TV, video games, compilation albums, and political campaigns.
